Unbelievably poor support. I identified a serious (but probably simple to fix) issue with their geo location feature on the app and emailed them a week ago about it. They requested access which I granted them the following day. A week later and still not once have they logged in to address the issue. I have followed up with 5 more emails that have not been responded to. This is my second time in 6 months trying to get support for this issue. I gave up last time due to unresponsive support as well. It is incredibly poor service if they can't even bother to respond. I'd stay away based on my experience.
The app started working great! After a long search, I found this one. This one started working as per my use case. Finally, I could now show proper estimated delivery as per supplier on the product page along with the custom return note. But the app all of a sudden stopped working, that too when we are investing heavily in marketing. It's been 22 mins I created a ticket, but no response. I am very unhappy the way was the app crashed. Also, there is no way to import data from the app. I am scared to loose hours days of work. I made a great mistake!! This is app is not for high volume stores. I have thousands of products.
SImple app for integrating shipping service dates into your product [ages and basket. Plenty of easy to understand options and features and well priced.
Great app and a must for any store that doesn't always have everything in stock or does special orders. Even though the app can be set up to display specific delivery times, we also use it for general info on stuff that might not ship right away (special orders, large furniture pieces, etc). Ivan has been great with helping us customize it exactly how we need it. He set it up so the messages show up under each item in the cart if they ship at different times, which is important for us. The app helps manage customer expectations and results in fewer complaints and fewer canceled orders.
Just like the previous review, I have experienced poor support. They requested access which I have given them and then nothing. I have followed up with multiple emails and there is no response. God knows how long I will have to wait until my problem is fixed. Might be time to look for an alternate solution.
Thank you for the review. I want to sincerely apologize for the poor support you have experienced. We have recently had some staffing issues within our Support department which, unfortunately, has played a role in our response times.
However, I recognize that is not an acceptable excuse and have moved your support ticket to a higher priority. Again, I sincerely apologize for the poor support you have received. We will work on being better!

This is a great little app, it helps with a pain point, which is letting customers know when they will be getting their items, especially ones we don't stock (large furniture, strollers, etc.) Ivan was super helpful customizing the installation since our new theme uses Javascript when toggling between variants. Now each variant can operate independently, so if we have one color stroller in stock it will say so, but if we're out of another color of the same stroller the delivery message will display.
Ideally it would be nice if the messages could be repeated on the cart page, and even on the email confirmations, and a little more messaging flexibility would be helpful (on some items we'd like to say "Usually ships in 10-14 days" instead of having to put a specific date on the item). Hopefully those features will be added going forward, but for now we're very happy with the app.
Awesome! app This app saved me a lot of development costs, especially the feature of adding different delivery date ranges for different collections. I strongly recommend this app.
Really helpful and simple (in good meaning) app. This is what I wanted for my shop. Team is very great, always respond quickly and they do their job really great!

it is very good, useful, easy to use, but it alwary pop up the window to request a review, I advice that there is one button to close the pop up.
Great app. Does exactly what it needs to do and is configurable enough to cater for various situations. The support is also fantastic and the 2 suggestions I made for improvement were implemented very quickly. Well done!
