The app plays up if a customer orders more than once in a short frame of time, the second order from the customer always hides the date.
I have also contacted the team whether there is an option to NOT offer a delivery date for certain products such as online gift cards as they often have a built in email delivery calendar, which would then clash with the delivery calendar - it wouldn't be a physical product we would send out.
I am hoping that by posting this someone would kindly get back to me.

We have added the Exclude product tags option to tackle your issue. Now you are free to specify your no-delivery product tags.
I have been using this app both in free and PAID versions have gone back to free option as just keeps letting me down. we are getting far too many orders through with no dates chosen and despite me contacting them and adjustments made it's still happening, very frustrating shopping around now
We are sorry to hear about that. We really tried to help, however, sometimes some incompatibilities with customer themes or third-party apps may interfere with the delivery app performance.
The app itself is great, its obviously very simple so that makes the $49 a month makes me feel like stabbing my eyes out with a knife. They need to assess their pricing because as of this minute I am looking elsewhere.
