Would better give them 0. This best describe experience, app is NOT working properly, you would need to check it daily. Is it not SET it and forget it solution.

We have over 1000 merchants using our Delivery Rates by Distance app each month without issue, and the only reason to ever open the app is to change rates.

While we strive for a seamless experience, there may be occasional issues, and our support team is committed to addressing them promptly. had it installed for 1 day i couldn't get it to work as im not very good at these things, so i reached out to live chat response time under 20mins yet waiting 1.5 hours for a reply if there customer support is not there then neither are we

Looking at your specific case here, it does look like the response time you experienced was longer than we would usually expect, most queries are dealt with in just a few minutes with it taking a little longer on some weekends. This app was absolutely perfect and working will until it just crashed recently. We lost so many sales as the customer could not finish checking out.

Good app but always breaks one every 2-3 weeks, customer support is unbelievable slow, did not check issue thoroughly and only one reply a week and sometime more than a week, always blame on covid-19 as an excuse. I have to look for alternative.

The app didn't work from the get go and the customer service was terrible. I got a response the first 2 times but after that I was ignored for 5 days even after contacting them every day. In the end I deleted the app as my free trial was ending. Waste of time. I'm sure it could have worked well but when...?
