Great functionality and amazing support by Betty!

I was able to get a hold of a representative very quickly to help me with my problem that I was having. Betty was extremely helpful, professional, accommodating and patient. She sent me all the screenshots told me what she was doing and continue to communicate with me while she was fixing the issue, I was having on my website with my pick up and delivery. Zapiet has been an amazing addition to our store & operations for years (both their Rates by Distance app and their Pickup+Delivery app). Easy to install and integrate... nice professional customer-facing look. The support provided by Zapiet is amazing! They answer at all hours and go above and beyond to make sure they find the best (in our case.. customized) solutions for whatever we're trying to accomplish. Highly recommend.

The app is great, but their support is where they shine. I worked with Stephane on troubleshooting an issue that was preventing our customers from checking out. It turned out, it had nothing to do with their app and had to do with a third party app - even though this wasn't their area, they still researched it to pinpoint and isolated the issue. Great company and support!
