Zapiet has been an amazing addition to our store & operations for years (both their Rates by Distance app and their Pickup+Delivery app). I almost gave up on Zapiet. It was not until Jeanette from the tech support team helped me out tremendously with my issues. That kept me as a Zapiet customer. Honestly Zapiet is worth every penny just for the customer service and support. Tech support from people like Jeanette and Krystabel make Zapiet a great plugin and service. I highly recommend it!

Shopify and its third party apps are not always the most intuitive, but Zapiet always has good support and they will stay with you until the problem is solved.
