After months of trying to build our own shipping rate solution for remote Canadian orders, we finally found Zapiet and it worked like a charm. It took a couple days of troubleshooting, but the AI tools and customer service reps were very helpful and we built the right setup. I am not super tech-savvy but I'm pretty determined to make things work, so that combined with Zapiet's help, enabled us to find the perfect solution.
asked for support 3 weeks ago asking for help with it mischarging postage. Was informed it was correct as that is how shopify do it, rather than trouble shoot my issue. For us to discover today we have lost 19 orders worth of shipping. I will edit my review if they rectify but not holding my breath as the support requested 3 weeks ago was not given and even they did not realise!

Having reviewed your case personally, I agree that your rate setup should have been investigated further when you first contacted us. The advice you received was incorrect, and I apologise that it took three weeks to identify the solution.
My team have now ensured your store is using the correct rates mode, so free shipping is calculated from the total after discounts. I have also contacted you directly to address what happened and make this right.
I have addressed this internally, and our support guidance is being updated to prevent this from happening again.

Really happy with this app. Does exactly what it says - setting up delivery rates by postcode is straightforward and it just works. Saved us a lot of time compared to what we were doing before.
Customer support has been great too, fast responses and actually helpful rather than just pointing you to a FAQ page.
Would recommend to any Shopify store that needs a simple, reliable solution for managing delivery zones.

Loving this app. It does everything we needed for our catering deliveries + pickup. I've used so many apps in the past and I really love how smooth this is.
