We have just commenced using Zapiet - Rates by Zip Code and needed some questions answered coupled with some tech support. Support staff have been both patient with us and swift to answer/assist. Great service and app so far! Thank you Jessica!

This app has been a savior when it comes to setting up shipping rates by postcode without CCS! Betty was so supportive in helping setup my store with the correct settings and I couldn't be more thankful :) Excellent customer service!!

I have been using Zapiet and have reached out countless times because our customers are unable to complete their purchases. The issue is always with Zapiet. Despite setting our products to "continue selling when out of stock," the app prevents customers from selecting shipping options when an item is out of stock, even if the items have plenty of inventory in our shipping location. I can't understand, why would an online customer trying to place a delivery order not being able to get shipping options because one of my retail stores doesn't have inventory. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. This frustrating problem has cost us sales and has not been resolved despite numerous attempts to get support. I hope they address this issue soon.

I am sorry that you experienced frustrations using our app. It appears this review was intended for a different app, Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, as our app Zapiet - Rates by Zip Code does not interact with inventory levels. As mentioned on the reply to your review on the Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery app, we have now implemented a fix for your inventory issue.

The app works beautifully for our landscape supply store that delivers dump truck loads to local customers. The customer service is absolutely stellar any time I have questions or need help reconfiguring anything. We've been using Zapiet Rates by Zip Code paired with Zapiet PickUp & Delivery for 4 years and I couldn't be happier!

Great app that is user friendly, customer friendly and comes with a great support team. Highly recommend, it really helps us optimize revenue and helps our customers understand the delivery and pick up options available.
