All I know is, someone please give Stephane a raise ASAP! The amount of support I've received as a newbie to Shopify from the Zapiet team has blown my mind. Perfect app for customizing shipping rates by province or region. I had a few issues with getting it working, and the customer support was excellent in assisting me to see where I had gone wrong. Highly recommended.

The Zapiet apps are on the pricey side, but they offer the best functionality and customer service is great! We have tried other delivery and pickup apps, but Zapiet is the best fit for our needs. So for us, it's worth it!

Had a problem with managing Zip Codes and chatted with Marija in support. She was amazing! Explained everything in detail and also helped in troubleshooting the issue and fixing it. 5 starts just for customer service they offer. The app is great too.
