Works seamlessly for what I'm after and the Zapiet Support has been brilliant, from guiding me which app to use and helping me tackle any issues I've had. Highly recommend the app and Zapiet.
Love this App. It does everything as advertised but what deserves 5 stars is their customer support! They are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They are quick to respond and they follow up in a timely manner when they don’t know the answer or can’t fix the issues right away. Kudos to Klaudia and Jeanette for their support with my recent issues with Shopify checkout.

This is the only app that can set shipping rates based on zip codes, extremely useful in countries where regions are messed up and carriers do not have integration plans with shopify (Philippines-Thailand-Indonesia and others). The support is Great !! They are very kind and fast :) A+++
App has gone down in our peak season, stopping sales whilst £1000's are being spent on advertisement, no notification of an issue when there clearly is, telephone line has no answer, so the only option is email. Considering how important this function is, especially when the margin between a sale & losing a customer is so small, you would think that they would have an easier route to raise immediate issues, rather than having to wait for a few hours for a response. Very disappointing....

All I know is, someone please give Stephane a raise ASAP! The amount of support I've received as a newbie to Shopify from the Zapiet team has blown my mind. I never leave reviews for anything but without Stephane went above and beyond, was so patient and seemed to enjoy helping me out. Thank you Stephane and Zapiet!

DO NOT USE THIS APP YOU WILL LOSE MONEY !! IT GOES DOWN EVERY NOW AND THEN AND YOUR CUSTOMERS WON'T BE ABLE TO CHECKOUT!! DO NOT USE IT I JUST LOST A LOT OF ORDERS/MONEY BECAUSE OF IT

Great and prompt support got the app in no time working even though Shopify was down and was causing issues

What another great App by Zapiet!...We use the Store pickup & delivery app and this app and they are both excellent! There support is spot on, when ever i have reached out to them on there Facebook page have always replied almost instantly! Sam is a legend and has helped me out no end with anything i did not understand or any issues. Zapiet is by far my favourite App provider and just wish they would bring out more!!!
