Betty was incredibly helpful and quick to pinpoint the issue with our Shopify and Zapiet setup.

She didn’t just give a generic answer — she identified that the product was set as a digital item, which was causing the pickup widget to be hidden and orders not to appear correctly.

Works wonderfully! and great support. Had a minor issue I needed help with and my support rep, Salaj, was super helpful and speedy! fixed my issue within minutes and told me exactly what was wrong and how they fixed it.

Also had a support chat with Genesis that was super helpful!

Absolutely brilliant app and even better customer support. I had a tricky setup with multiple postcodes and delivery rules, and the support team guided me through everything step by step. They replied quickly, understood exactly what I needed, and even helped identify issues I didn’t realise were causing problems.
