Deposit & Partial Payment Depo

Just downloaded the app today and had a meeting with Priyanshu. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me to set my store up properly. From the beginning, the Deposits and Split Payments-Depo app and the customer service provided to us by SidePanda has been fantastic. We started with a free plan - for which we were given assistance to set-up , which was excellent. As we progressed in developing our online store SidePanda have worked with us to develop a custom app that helps us collect our specific data sets from online orders and handle the unique needs of our doing business. SidePanda have been a wonderful surprise along the way in building our online store - I can't tell you how much pressure they have taken away from specific parts of the process that were causing great difficulty. They listened and understood what we needed, then provided us a perfect solution tailored to our needs, within a short space of time. Their communication and support is excellent as is their product - I can't fault these guys and have no hesitation in recommending them as absolute professionals.

Right application for my shop; I'll use it once it's my shop is operational. I also appreciated (Mahdevan's) sales process, which included following up on each stage and providing prompt phone support.

It's a really great App for Indian Business. It is Solving a major issue of RTO which is really beneficial for businesses. Definitely recommend it!

The app is great but not nearly as good as the support team behind it, genuinely blown away but the initial support and set up advice given. Highly recommend!

Pretty straight forward app to use especially if you're transitioning from manual orders to online orders. Personally, I saw a decline in my sales once I transitioned but this app helped my business tremendously. Now, my clients are able to make partial payments or deposits so its not one lump sum. Customer service was incredible. All my questions and issues were addressed and fixed. I am really impressed, I've been searching for an app like this. Definitely recommending!

This app is great the team is amazing I asked for something this team didn't offer and they made it happen. I could ask for anything else better from this team. I 5 star this 100%. With that being said with the particular thing that I asked for they did it only for me. But I am hoping it will become a option for others moving forward. These guys are respectful and hard working. So if you ask for something this team for Depo will try and make it happen.

I will give 5 stars for the awesome on the fly service they just provided. I asked if they could change the text 'part payment' to 'Deposit' on product page and they did it in 3 minutes! Thought it was a long shot. Have yet to try full features... but that's a good start. Thanks Priyanshu.
