Descrii Description Generator

This company are thieves and criminals. I was charged without my knowledge and I have contacted them asking for a refund, I don't use this app and it is uninstalled but no one replies. The app doesn't even do what it is suppose to do. Absolute garbage

Loved it from the moment i generated my first description. I HATE writing so this thing is a God-send. The descriptions are amazingly creative and fit my items so well. I absolutely love them. Much more than i expected. Keeping this on my list forever-apps lol.

This app is such an added benefit to our company! It saves us time and the content is quick and very creative!

This is the first time i have seen something simple, yet robust and works effectively. it is not like some apps where you can only use it for one purpose. This app is actually useful, And it is free, most of the time you have to pay to et free stuff.

The functionality of the app works well, however I would not recommend this if you are wanting to test out the free trial as they do not honour this. I contacted them during the period of my free trial and requested to cancel my account as I just wanted to test the app before I consider a paid subscription. Never contacted me back and conveniently we have now been charged. Very unprofessional and after reading reviews from other sellers who have had the same issue I would steer away from using them.

I've been looking for a piece of software like this since I opened my store. I simply cannot write description after description after description (of women's clothing, in my case). I don't even know what half of the stuff is, and there are at least 400 products and counting! With this, I can just plug in the details and what comes out sounds professional enough. My only major suggestion would be for a feature where I could set SEO keywords for it to pepper in automatically.

it is great but there is one problem I found regarding the credits If you already have your own details and want to cut them out then repast them back in it will use 1 credit up so I will say to you if you need to edit anything please make sure you do not do it in descrii edit section or you will use up all your credits really fast and only use the first description if you flix to regenerate a new description you will use 1 credit as well I guess that's how they created the app so you have to buy more credits other then that it is easy to use simple and quick

I used this app to help me for description very easy to use i recommended to any one who to boost a sale.

Do not use these people because they are dishonest and will try to blackmail you into leaving them a good review. I cancelled this app 5 days into the billing cycle and I was still charged for the entire month. When I asked for a refund I was told "Generally we don’t provide refund. But in your case I can provide you with a refund if you leave a nice 5 star review on our Shopify page". Shopify support isn't any help either. They bill you on behalf of the app company but either can't or won't get your money back from the app developers. I am forced now to dispute this with my credit card company because I will not be coerced into leaving a nice 5 star review if I don't want too.

Love this app. I cannot wait to use it to its fullest extent. my wife and I are really bad at creating descriptions from scratch so this is a great tool.

I am very satisfied with the application and the customer service is great. Descrii is a very useful application that helps me write my product description faster and easier. I recommend it 200%.

I don't like the app because it does something very frustrating. If you try the 1 day free trail and it ends it chargers you without even asking $29 per month.I ask for support and they are not even answering.Can you please help me? This is just very frustrating.

This is an awesome app! I am not a story telling creative person. This app write the story for me. All I have to do is tweak it a bit to make it mine.

It is good app I definitely recommend it. Saves you lots of time and easy to use. And they are very supportive.

Why Shopify is supporting this app? Why again and again I'm facing problems with your App? Sometimes I can place an order or sometimes I can not edit products. They just stop replying to my email and that is the reason I need to write here. do not use this app. This is complete crap. it is a waste of money and time. I have ordered a description from them but what they provide me is completely useless.

Very helpful application and very supportive team...many features added recently which made it more useful.

Update: After leaving a negative review below, they contacted me immediately, and provided a solution. I see that they also updated the screenshots. I also tried ordering 2 product titles/descriptions from them. But after making the changes they suggested, their system still detects that the title they provided isn't good enough. Old review: It used to work easily until they updated the app. Now it forces you to order "per description/title". You cannot edit it yourself anymore. The screenshots you see are old. It looks really different now. I'm canceling.

I ordered 8 'Descriptions by copywriter' and other 70 'Attribute Selector' descriptions.

I had some remarks about the content of delivered copywriter descriptions. I did not know what to think as I was almost sure their QC Dep. has not done a proper job at first try.

To my surprise, the re-worked content they delivered blows me away. Every single remark I had, on grammar, style, and tone was accepted. The delivered copywriter descriptions even exceeded the 100 words each, at least.

When it comes to Copywriter service for product description, I will hire them again. Highly recommended.

The concept is excellent and the descriptions that have been generated have been very usable and natural sounding. The only downside is that the product categories to choose from are limited..at least for my needs. For example...I have a lot of bed sheet sets, comforters, quilts, etc. and there is not a product category for those in the app. I hope the developers continue to add new product categories to further expand the product types available. Overall, it is still a very useful app for a good portion of my products and I definitely will continue using it.

This app is very nice and useful.
And if there is a problem with the app, they will solve it very kindly. We hope to upgrade to a better app in the future.
