The functionality of the app works well, however I would not recommend this if you are wanting to test out the free trial as they do not honour this. I contacted them during the period of my free trial and requested to cancel my account as I just wanted to test the app before I consider a paid subscription. Never contacted me back and conveniently we have now been charged. Very unprofessional and after reading reviews from other sellers who have had the same issue I would steer away from using them.

I don't like the app because it does something very frustrating. If you try the 1 day free trail and it ends it chargers you without even asking $29 per month.I ask for support and they are not even answering.Can you please help me? This is just very frustrating.

Do not use these people because they are dishonest and will try to blackmail you into leaving them a good review. I cancelled this app 5 days into the billing cycle and I was still charged for the entire month. When I asked for a refund I was told "Generally we don’t provide refund. But in your case I can provide you with a refund if you leave a nice 5 star review on our Shopify page". Shopify support isn't any help either. They bill you on behalf of the app company but either can't or won't get your money back from the app developers. I am forced now to dispute this with my credit card company because I will not be coerced into leaving a nice 5 star review if I don't want too.

The concept is excellent and the descriptions that have been generated have been very usable and natural sounding. The only downside is that the product categories to choose from are limited..at least for my needs. For example...I have a lot of bed sheet sets, comforters, quilts, etc. and there is not a product category for those in the app. I hope the developers continue to add new product categories to further expand the product types available. Overall, it is still a very useful app for a good portion of my products and I definitely will continue using it.

what is this free try is a joke . I installed the app and was trying to use it after doing everything thing asked it just when to another step where it ask for money WOW

I would like you to know that we add 30 credits to your account after the trial ends. And you were getting a payment screen because you exhausted all the free credits that we provide for the trial period.

This is one of the rare apps that's actually useful and it's very cheap! It is extremely easy to use and I recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a simple way to write product descriptions.
