I am a new customer to Design Packs, in fact I am fairly new to creating my own pages. I purchased this product because of one certain pack. When I tried it out, I loved it except it wasn't allowing me to use the page space the way I had hoped. This is a must have app. I worked hard to create a shop with free templates however they are so limiting and time consuming. SUPERB customer service and theme support! I reached out for assistance with customizing one of their stock sections and Anne did a phenomenal job of tweaking it to my liking.

Design Packs includes so many widgets and features such as countdown timers, galleries, and lookbooks. The Banner image with geolocation section is my favourite! We were able to remove other apps to improve performance and cut down on costs - 5/5

This app is like nothing, I have ever seen before. The sections they have built are better than any native theme's sections (even the best themes out there that cost $500). They are beyond simple to use and the team behind the app clearly has a LOT of experience building apps and themes because they have thought of everything. This is a must-have for any store - big or small.
