Perfect! Best service ever. I was just checking if they had a section that i was looking for. They didn't had it but they made it on my request. Great app, just try it. You won't regret
Awesome app to customize your website without paying a lot of money for a developer. Lots of options and ways to get creative. And amazing customer support. I needed to edit a section with custom CSS, and they responded immediately, over a weekend no less. Highly recommend!
I am a new customer to Design Packs, in fact I am fairly new to creating my own pages. I purchased this product because of one certain pack. When I tried it out, I loved it except it wasn't allowing me to use the page space the way I had hoped. I felt I may have bought too soon and regretted my purchase thinking that I should have explored further.
I reached out and received an immediate response from Trudy. I explained my dilemma hoping for advice of how to adjust settings to get closer to what I had envisioned. To be honest I expected the standard reply, "We don't offer those options at this time".
Not only did Trudy listen and check out the page I was building, she replied that they could adjust the pack to suit my needs! What?! She said it would take a couple days. The very next morning I received an email saying that it was ready sooner than they expected. The email was complete with all the instructions I needed.
I am very grateful to have Design Packs on my team! The products are clean and easy to use. The customer service is amazing!

Design Pack sections work seamlessly and the team at Design Packs is prompt to respond when in need of minor tweaks to design elements.

They never answer customer service! Each time you updating your theme you will lost all of the settings and related section! Never recommend this app!

Hi there, we have sent you multiple emails to resolve this issue for you, but unfortunately we haven't been granted collaborator access to your store. Shopify has a technical limitation where custom sections do not automatically carry over if your theme.liquid has been edited. However, we are happy to migrate your sections over to the updated theme free of charge.

Ich mag die Funktionen von Design Packs, zum Beispiel, die Darstellung am Ende eines Blogeintrags, in dem auf ein Produkt hingewiesen wird. Dahinter steht ein sehr innovatives Team, das jeden Monat neue Funktionen herausbringt. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Tempo und die Ernsthaftigkeit (aber mit viel Humor), mit der das Team unterstützt und Anpassungen vornimmt, danke, super Arbeit!
Their support responsiveness is exceptional. Same is true for the easy, well-designed customization of your theme their packs provide.
They are good at what they do and eager to please and seem to be able to roll out tweaks and features pretty quickly.
