We have been using Desku for quite some time after replacing Freshdesk. Support team is always ready to help and fix things. Email deliverability is good, UI looks polished and professional, and they're coming up with integrated chatbot as well. Highly recommend.
I use this app as a primary way to communicate with my customers. Having all communication in one place is—a massive plus for my business. I love how there are regular upgrades.
I've been using Desku for a few months and I must say... it has improved so much! I love the new features and can't wait for what's next.
