Dexits ‑ Store Valuation Tool

So I just wanted to share something that kinda blew my mind recently. I had this old Shopify store that was doing okay last year (scaled a winning product, made some cash), but it eventually slowed down, chargebacks hit, and I just… stopped caring. You know the drill. Ads go cold, Stripe gets grumpy, margins disappear — store gets left for dead.

I always thought that was just part of the game. You ride the wave, then you move on. Never really thought of selling. Who would buy something I already mentally moved on from?

Then I heard about this platform called Dexits. Supposedly they do valuations and connect you with buyers. Was skeptical, but I figured I’d plug in my store URL and see what happens.

Turns out the thing was still worth $38k.

I literally had no idea. And they weren’t just making up a number — they showed real buyers, walked me through the process, helped with escrow, contracts, all of it. Store was sold in like two weeks.

So yeah… if you’re like me and have abandoned stores lying around, don’t sleep on this. I wish I knew about Dexits years ago. Could’ve cashed out on a few of the ones I let die.

Just wanted to throw this out there in case it helps someone. We always talk about starting stores — not enough people talk about exiting them.
