InXpress Shipping Rates

I have been using DHL for years.
Added InXpress app to my first site about a year ago, now added our second site.
We can use 1 account on all of our Stores, for deeply discounted DHL rates.

Drew and James in their help / support are amazing, and always quick to respond and sort out any needs to get you up and going fast. One of the only trouble free apps, and free, in shopify. You can see it live at https://www.VitaStik.com at check out.

We have had a great experience using InXpress. They are available when you need help and provide reliable delivery services.

Helpful team and an easy setup process. We use DHL for international shipments and unless you team up with these guys its difficult to offer real-time shipping prices to your customers. We tried adding manual rates to all countries but this is beyond time-consuming. Highly recommend this group.

Shipping by DHL has never been easier!

Don't waste your time, terrible customer service. They will over promise and under deliver. They couldn't even come close to my Shopify shipping costs. Not to mention you have to use their software to create the labels, it's time-consuming, costs more than Shopify, and works when it wants to. On top of that, top management likes to blame their issues on other people, never taking accountability. Don't waste your time or energy on this place.

I dpwnloaded this app a full week ago and still have not received a reply from this vendor. Am very disappointed, as I have used InXpress software independently in the past, and would have liked to continue using it under Shopify.

STAY AWAY. I was very reluctant to add this service. They promised lower DHL rates but the reviews said otherwise. I chose to believe my salesperson, Manva, and I had the exact same thing happen. The app would show lower rates to our customers at checkout and then Inxpress would bill us significantly more. And guess what.... they were are all over me to install and set this app up. After we starting having issues... nothing but crickets! STAY AWAY, terrible customer service and dishonest business practices!

Easy to setup and customers get a pretty accurate quote.

i can't review the app as they've never even bothered to get back to me. I applied for an account over two weeks ago, and despite numerous emails to follow-up, I have never even received a reply. It's a shame, as the app sounds great but I'm not impressed with their customer service to say the least. Very poor
