Crucial functionality is missing in this DHL e-commerce Sweden app. As a merchant, you are unable to set your own shipping prices, a surprising revelation I confirmed with the app developers via email. Instead, you can only "adjust" shipping prices as a multiplication of the shipping cost outlined in your agreement/contract with DHL.

Consequently, presenting a neatly formatted price (e.g., 49 SEK) becomes impossible. Strangely, the app doesn't display your company's agreed shipping costs either, complicating the process of creating efficient and precise shipping fees for customers based on predefined rules. Moreover, if you're utilizing a third-party logistics (3PL) service and relying on their carrier accounts, accessing their agreement/contract with DHL isn't feasible.

This is regrettable, considering the app's overall solid construction. However, in its current version (April '24), it lacks some of its most fundamental value propositions: allowing merchants to set custom shipping prices and establish dynamic rules.
