I have tried registering for the DHL account and never allows me to do it. Which means that the some customers inside Shopify are unable to register and there is never a solution to access support.
I have sent a couple of inquiries to acknowledge my emails and texts and have not hear from anybody. I think the communications go to a black whole.
It should be hard to get a response to give them business.
I had the most helpful experience with Joe from customer service. What started out as a confusing process to connect our shopify account with DHL, ended up being a very smooth process with the help of Joe. He was very timely with his responses, and sorted out our problems. I am very grateful for the support.
I am very concern. i like shipping with DHL from my website. However, 2 packages have been delivered to the wrong address over the past year. there is no one to speak to. customer service is so poor.
most recently is about $400 goods ship to wrong address and signed by wrong receiver.
i filed a claim and no response so far. what is going on with DHL??

To clarify, it looks like you’re shipping with DHL Express through an alternative means, not the DHL Express Commerce (DEC) app (which is a separate tool for managing shipments directly with DHL). Impossible to install. Errors at every juncture - no support email or link to reach out, just error pages that say simply ‘there’s been an error’.

DHL Express Commerce is the best thing to happen to my business!!
After speaking to somebody at Shopify, they said that I couldn’t use DHL Express Commerce on my basic account. After speaking to Jack (sales executive) at DHL he said this wasn’t the case and that they were be able to do this.
The following day Jack put me in touch with a guy called Joel (technical team). He had a teams call with me and showed me everything on Shopify and how it is all links together.
I can now ship worldwide and stress free. I would recommend DHL To any small business.
The support team is great! Joe guided me through the use of the app, helping me to set up all the settings according to my needs. Perfect assistance!
The only flaw is that there is no quick way to attach personal invoices.
Please, develop this option! Highly recommended!
