With the Post & DHL Shipping app you benefit from a quick and simplified shipment process enabling the creation of DHL Paket labels and send tracking IDs to your customers. Prerequisites & Download Check the required customer account credentials as described in the configuration instructions on the website. Not yet a customer of DHL Paket? In the account setup section you'll find the link to request one. Some features require the Shopify CarrierService API.

Wirklich gute App und guter Support, falls mal etwas ist. Gefallen würde es mir noch, wenn man beim "packen" einer Bestellung die sich auf mehrere Sendungen verteilt, nicht abziehen würde was nicht rein soll, sondern per drag and drop (oder auch nur per klick in einer Liste wie jetzt) das Paket "befüllen" würde. Es müsste für die Mitarbeiter etwas bildlicher und leichter verständlich sein. Das zu erklären ist jedenfalls das einzige, was etwas Zeit braucht. Ansonsten alles top!

Wir nutzen die App seit etwas mehr als einem Jahr. In der Regel funktioniert alles reibungslos und ich persönlich kenne zumindest kein anderes Angebot, das eine ähnlich gute und zuverlässige Infrastruktur anbietet.
Der Support ist auch immer tipptopp, wenn etwas nicht nach Plan läuft. Props für Herrn Brunner.
Wenn ihr die Voreinstellung für DHL-Kleinpaket noch hinbekommt, gibt es noch mehr Liebe.
Wir freuen uns riesig über Ihre positive Rückmeldung! Es ist toll zu hören, dass die App Ihre Erwartungen erfüllt und Sie eine gute Erfahrung damit machen.
Die Handhabung könnte einfacher sein und bei einem Problem mit den Einstellungen hatte der Support zwar Zugriff angefragt und bekommen, aber danach kam keine Rückmeldung mehr.
Was mich stört:
1. Beim Versand innerhalb der EU müssen trotzdem alle Produktinformationen korrekt angegeben sein, sonst kann man kein Label erzeugen, obwohl das für den Versand innerhalb Europas völlig irrelevant ist.
2. Die Produktauswahl (Paket vs. Kleinpaket) wird nicht ganz so einfach angezeigt wie vorher (etwas versteckter).
Was gut ist: Es funktioniert und auch wenn DHL teuer ist, so hatte ich sehr selten Probleme mit verschwundenen Paketen oder anderen Problemen.
