Prerequisites & Download Check the required customer account credentials as described in the configuration instructions on the website. Not yet a customer of DHL Paket? In the account setup section you'll find the link to request one. Some features require the Shopify CarrierService API.

Took a bit of time for setup, but customer support was very helpful and got it up and running in few days but mainly due to my DHL contract missing the premium service option (that includes tracking number) so check your contract first

app works perfectly, saved me a lot of time inputting the addresses before

The app is easy to use and have good documentation. I especially like the batch label creation functionality and the awesome and fast support when things go wrong.

Doesnt work half the time, and support dont respond. App is not even loading right now. Also when it does work, it does not show you the prices of the shipping option you are selecting, so it is difficult to assess if you have the right option selected, and you also have no overview of what is being spent on shipping.
