I am extremely dissatisfied with this application. The platform was advertised as **free to install and free to use**, which was the primary reason I chose it. However, buried in fine print was a vague disclaimer stating that additional fees *may* apply for accounts managing more than one store — yet **no specific amount was disclosed**. This lack of transparency is not only unprofessional but potentially constitutes **deceptive business practice**.

As a result, I was unexpectedly charged **$289 USD** without any prior clear notification or consent. This is particularly frustrating given that I am already paying a separate monthly subscription fee of over **100 RMB** through their ERP system. The cumulative financial impact is significant, and I feel misled on multiple fronts.

I strongly urge the development team and customer support to take this matter seriously. Hidden charges with undisclosed amounts are unacceptable and may violate consumer protection regulations. I am formally requesting an **immediate full refund** of the $289 charge, and I reserve the right to escalate this matter through appropriate legal channels if it is not resolved promptly.

I sincerely hope this issue is addressed quickly and that the platform improves its **pricing transparency** for the benefit of all users.

Even though I deleted this app, my former supplier accessed all my customers' data and is threatening me to misuse this data. Why are there no precautions in this app? I want the account of the user named bob288, who stole my data, to be permanently closed.

We used this service and it was not so bad. The system is very bad. You get a spreadsheet for your stock level and that is it. What made us upset was when they made the mistake with our order they did not fix it. If they forgot some items they made us pay for the freight again.

Our APP is working for Chinese sellers only, you're suggested to get an agent in china to help you working with our APP.
In addition, dianxiaomi is ERP management software, which is convenient for managing the shop and will not charge logistics fees. For the issue of freight, we suggest you contact the logistics provider.

It does the job if you have a trustworthy agent which is difficult to find in China. My agents saw all my data and copied my store/products so make sure you know how to set up the app or simply avoid using it

No support here, i have an agent that installed this app and then when i got customers ordering he went missing in action cannot get hold of him for the last 2 days, and customers orders just sitting waiting to be fullfilled.
