This app has been absolutely essential for managing our pre-orders and backorders seamlessly. The setup was straightforward, and the features - especially the partial payment and deposit options - work flawlessly right out of the box. It has already helped us capture sales we would have otherwise lost during product launches and stockouts.
I also want to give a special and heartfelt thank you to Subiksha from Logbase support. She was incredibly supportive, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. When we ran into a small theme compatibility issue, Subiksha not only identified the problem immediately but went above and beyond to help us with the full setup until everything was working perfectly. Her dedication and genuine care for solving our queries made all the difference.
