I completed a Zoom meeting to help quickly get setup. The tech was super friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to setup my pre-order feature smoothly with shopify.
Customer service is wonderful, at first the app may be difficult to understand on your own but upon contacting customer service I have a great understanding of the app and love its applicability to my business. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to do a pre sale on their website!
