The Digiloop Pickup & Delivery app is quite unstable. Often, the cart option doesn’t even show up, preventing customers from proceeding with their orders. On the payment page, it frequently fails to display the correct delivery options. These issues have caused me financial losses multiple times, and I have never been compensated. The support team is not very cooperative and tends to blame other apps or unrelated issues for the problems. Because of these problems, I would less recommend using this app.

When we reviewed your case we noticed that some of the issues may have been related to overlapping settings—such as multiple Packeta configurations—which can disrupt how delivery rates and options are displayed.
