The Digiloop Pickup & Delivery app is quite unstable. Often, the cart option doesn’t even show up, preventing customers from proceeding with their orders. On the payment page, it frequently fails to display the correct delivery options. These issues have caused me financial losses multiple times, and I have never been compensated. The support team is not very cooperative and tends to blame other apps or unrelated issues for the problems. Because of these problems, I would less recommend using this app.
We chose Digiloop because the app can handle a wide variety of shipping options and companies. The app fulfills all of our needs and it is easy to use, we would recommend it!
The team is very professional and helpful, if there is a solution for a problem, they will find it!
