Excellent app and outstanding support

We've been using Fileflare for many years to deliver ebooks and audio files through our Shopify store and have been very happy with it.

Recently, we experienced an email deliverability issue, and the support from Ian was exceptional. He was responsive, transparent about the cause of the problem, kept us informed about the fix, and followed up afterward to make sure everything was working properly. He also took the time to discuss options for improving our email delivery in the future without trying to push us into a more expensive plan.

Fileflare has been a reliable solution for our digital downloads, and it's especially reassuring to know that there is such thoughtful and responsive support behind it.

I've been extremely happy with the support from Fileflare. Their customer service is outstanding. They respond quickly, provide personal support (no bots!), and you always communicate with the same person, which makes the whole experience so much easier.

What impressed me most is that they don't close your support request until you're completely satisfied and everything is working exactly as it should. They genuinely care about solving your problem instead of just giving a quick answer.

Highly recommended if you're looking for an app backed by a team that truly cares about its customers.

I’ve been using File Flare for a while now, and it’s a brilliant app. The customer support is exceptional! It completely solved an issue I was having with buyers sharing my PDFs—the discrete customer stamp feature puts their details right on the file, which stopped sharing in its tracks. Highly recommended!

This app has a nice, clean interface, and the team behind it helped with our questions on setup and even added our product features to their requests, so we are so far happy with how it works!

Incredible customer service. (Especially if you want to switch services.)

I switched from Pendora because Pendora stopped sending emails without warning, leaving a huge backlog of unsent products... it was a disaster. Worse still because Pendora has no "export as CSV" function.

When I switched to Fileflare, the customer service team (Ian specifically) helped track down everyone who hadn't got their products, and email them (through Fileflare now) their exact orders. On the same day I switched.

Fileflare solved a very gigantic weeks-long headache. 5 stars.

Very easy to use app. Love that it is integrated with Shopify. The pricing is also very competitive. Service has been excellent. The only thing I wish was different is that you could send out update notices for a product not just for 1 attachment. I've used another file delivery system that was much more expensive and not integrated as nicely with Shopify. I would give this app 4.75 stars until they make it easier to update customers on product updates. (Note: it's possible that I don't fully understand how they recommend doing this so I'm open to being corrected!)

It's inconsistent... The files do not always get sent to my customers, which causes me a lot of extra admin because they email me asking where their digital files are. It takes up a LOT of time.

Ian is always responsive and very helpful. He has been there since we migrated, helped answer all our questions, helped us migrate, and set up our store correctly, and is there to answer all our questions and fix any issues we might encounter. Strongly recommend this app.

This team and app is amazing! We needed some custom PDF stamping built out for our store, and not only was FileFlare accommodating, but Ian and his team were able to go through and build out a new portion of their app for us! This, to us, was the ultimate customer service experience. It is so refreshing to be able to speak to an actual human, and not a robot as well. Much, much appreciated to the entire team.

I used to use SendOwl to manage digital download delivery to my customers. Then they raised my monthly subscription by 15x with no warning.

That's when I found Fileflare. It's honestly a way better user experience than Sendowl and it's way less expensive. It has everything I need to deliver the downloads to my customers.

And the download pages integrate into my website better and look better than the Sendowl download pages. Would definitely recommend Fileflare
