it's difficult to go through so many steps.
Slow customer support, it does the job for 1 product and do like the interface, but when tried to apply to a bundle did not work.
Hi there,
We're always happy to help as fast as possible. I have checked your support ticket and the team had responded quickly to your message.
Sorry to hear that you didn't manage to set up the app completely. Fileflare in fact works with thousands of products. I am more than happy to show you step by step on how to do it.
We have human support, a video guide, and steps to show how to set up. All you need to do is attach a digital file to a product or variant, and then it is ready to deliver digital files.
Please let me know if you would like to come back and I guide you :)
