Fileflare Digital Downloads

This app is awesome. I could link up all of my digital downloads to customers' accounts in bulk with the help of WIlliam. He went above and beyond to help me out with quick replies and easy solutions. I couldn't recommend this app more!!

I love the digital downloads app so far. They have a library of tutorials to get things all set up. I was able to connect by Amazon storage since I sell a high volume of low-priced digital downloads. I love the addition of the download link in the customer account. I had a few issues getting things set up, but they were super responsive and helpful. The switch from Shopify's native app has been totally seamless.

If you are selling any online product you need this app! This app has been expertly compatible with Shopify and also very beginner-friendly for someone like myself. I like how you can limit how many IP adresses a customer has to access their purchase to avoid customers sharing to one another. The customer support is also excellent and I couldn't recommend this any more, very impressed!

This is an absolute essential add-on for us, selling the rather large digital files that we do. Every interaction with the team has been great and they're open to suggestions on how they can improve their service* (*like any software company, ourselves included, being open to suggestions means that you genuinely listen to your clients and whilst you may not be able to do everything they want, you take it seriously on board.) Thanks folks! Keep improving your product.

This app is great. Super simple to use to sell digital downloads. I appreciate that there are different levels of membership so that I can choose which fits my store, and their support desk was super responsive when I had a question,

I love this app. I sell only digital products in my store and tried pretty much every app I could find. Downloadable Digital Assets was the winner by far. The design and interface is so simple and makes so much sense–add all of your assets (digital files) then attach the appropriate assets to each product. Boom done. I found other apps to be tedious and cumbersome. This one is super easy and super fast and every time I use it I'm relieved that it exists and that I found it. Also, the price is right.

OpenChests.com: I'm a 'gold' user and use this app to sell sets of Treasure Hunt Clues as PDFs. I like that I can replace a PDF and there is the option to notify previous customers. The only time things haven't worked as they should was when I missed a step and didn't add the file to the product. Good app. Good customer service.

Really good app. I tried all the other download apps, but this one is definitely the best! Works seamlessly with your store, has customization, and just works perfectly.

It has masses functionality that allow you to set up file downloads exactly as you want them and it all links with your Shopify store. The tracking function that can stop users from link sharing is brilliant. File downloads are quick. Linking your files to products is super easy. All of the support documentation is so helpful and is up-to-date so even if you're not a super techy person, you can follow it to set up your store/file downloads.

We had a query with one of the functions and William was amazing - he answered the query within minutes (seconds?!) and solved the issue right away. I also asked for help with how to customise the colour and position of the download buttons that are on the customer accounts and download page. I was expecting some instructions but he hopped onto the site to code it for me!! :D Wasn't expecting this and I am very grateful that he did this for me! Thanks William!!

Absolutely amazing customer service and app with no sneaky upsells or anything like that. Highly recommended for anyone who sells digital products.
