Hi, I am not using the app, how can I delete all the data in my site?

The best digital downloads app on Shopify, highly recommend. Also, the service is 11/10 (absolutely amazing)!

I used to have skypilot and customers had to log in to get their download, them they had to check their email, go back to the web page.. It was a while ordeal and the layout did not look good. Then I switched to customer hub and integrated digital downloads. Oh my god- it looks SOOOO freaking good, and the download link appears right after processed payment- inside the checkout! It's so convenient and the customer can shop as guest, too. In the customer hub all the downloads can be accessed through customer account. It's neat, organized and intuitive. Ive tried so many apps to have downloads and customer accounts, but this one has everything in one app!!

I love this app. Exactly what i need for managing many digital products for sale on Shopify. Easy to use and easy to connect and easily update my files to my Shopify store. (and i really appreciate the fast and clear support).

The support is exceptional. I looked long and hard for an application that had these features. This one not only does exactly what I was looking for, it was very easy to setup. When I had a question, William answered very nearly immediately - AFTER hours - and took care of it fully for me. I am truly impressed. Five stars!

Really an excellent app to deliver digital assets, and the customer team William really helped me to understand the problem, and solved it within 5 minutes, It was an above-expected gesture of help for me, Good luck to the developer and support team.

Right now I'm still on the free plan and so far everything seems to work as expected and suitable for selling large and secure digital downloads. Looking to upgrade to a custom plan soon and the support has been great!

I used the app to sell kids coloring book, the app is easy to integrate and use, hope to see and easir way for attaching assets to products in the future where you can add assest by clicking next to the product itself in the same products page instead of going to another page to do so, the app is perfect for selling digital products, and the support was fast reponsive and very hepful.

Massive Monkey get points for decent user interface, ease of use and good free features. The big issue that i was facing, turns out to be partially Shopify's fault. I would have liked quicker feedback about this, an automated email briefly explaining the issue would have been enough. PS: your website has lots of social media links at the bottom that is supposed to go to Facebook, Twitter etc, but these are all blank links.

I'm really happy with this app! The free plan covers the essentials and works well. I have just reached out to their support about a small email content issue, but other than that it's great and hasn't got as many limitations on the free plan as other digital download apps.

Once again, I've responded to each email you all have sent. No one is replying directly back to my email, which goes to show you how disfunctional your systems are.

You can't pick between different downloads based on the variant, and most annoyingly? You get instant charged for the app as it has NO free trial. I had to bump up the plan to actually be able to try out the features. I realized I didn't want it within an hour and uninstalled it. Today I get a surprise charge for $10. I hate apps that do this. We NEED to be able to trial a program to see if it works with our stack before we start paying money. Unacceptable.
