This app is very easy to navigate & support is 10/10! I offer digital products along with physical products and I love that BIG Digital Download allows me to generate income with minimal effort. All I have to do is upload my digital product, add limits, link it to the product in my Shopify and it’s smooth sailing from there. The team at BIG are all so patient and reliable, they solve issues in a timely manner! It’s nothing like hearing that Shopify notification and knowing your money is generating itself.

App works great for when my customers purchase custom artwork. The customer service was great as well. Mateo sent step-by-step instructions on how to fix a problem with adding the instant download button at the checkout confirmation. I was able to fix the problem within 5 minutes. Thanks Mateo. I love this app! It has been incredibly easy to use and streamlines so well into my Shopify website. I've had no issues with it whatsoever and would highly recommend it as its very affordable for what is offers. Just getting started with Big Digital and so far it's great. Very easy setup. We use "Nofraud" to screen our orders due to a super high rate of fraud. We had an issue with the integration between NoFraud and Big Digital and the developer responded very quickly, made a change to their app and it's all good. As a business we need developers that respond fast to tech support - we can't afford to wait days for responses and these guys top notch. Highly recommended!
