The app is reliable and user friendly. I had a couple of questions, which got answered really fast. I appreciated getting helped by a person instead of a chatbot. Also, we ended up making the experience even better for my customers, which I didn't know was possible. 10/10 recommend.

Customer service is fast and friendly. While I've had very few issues (mostly my error) they are super quick to reply and walk me through the issue/resolution.

I am preparing to sell my first digital product and was looking for an app to integrate with my current Shopify store. The app set up has been so easy to do and I am excited to begin selling my digital products. I want to give a special shout out to Mateo who I chatted with briefly to help verify my store. I am very pleased with not only the ease of using this app but also the support I received via chat.

Hands down the best key and file sender in the market. It sure needs a few features in it so it can be perfect, like making keys available again if the order was not paid/expired, and also the integration with the amazing new shopify account pages. But hey, their support is stellar with Leo and Mateo always helping me out and being so friendly. I have no regrets at all. Go for it.

App works very well would highly recommend but every once in a while it doesn't fulfill orders or is delayed so you have to fulfill manually. Still worth it.

This app has been pretty much self explanatory to set up. Clear and straight forward all the way. As a newbie to creating digital downloads I had done some researcch but I needed a bit of help with a few things related to the exact settings of this app. The super fast personal response has been really great and put my mind at rest. Time is a higher priority to me than money so anything that will save me time is a lifesaver as an entrepreneur. This app is just what I was looking for when I needed a solution to deliver my digital products in multiple formats. Easy to set up, easy to navigate, easy to use.

I had a really hard time deciding which digital downloads app to use for my business and tried many. When I stumbled upon this app, I found it the simplest and most intuitive to use. It also has a very smooth delivery experience (right after checkout and email). To top it all, the founder and customer support helped me setup with everything I needed very quickly! I really recommend this app.
