BIG Digital Downloads Products

I recommend this app if you're interested in selling digital downloads directly to fans. It allows me to do a soft release of my music via Shopify weeks before major outlets release it on their platforms for streaming etc. I would also like to mention that customer service was available every time I had an issue... and that part was critical because again, this method of distribution is new to me. - Two Thumbs Up-

easy and great customer service

Great experience with the app so far. Installation as easy and I uploaded my products very quickly. Download is quick and easy for customers. Support was awesome as well. Responded very quickly and very friendly. I will continue using. Thank you!

product: so far, so good, does its job

service: excellent and nothing else. anna does her job (and even more than "shes paid for" i think) like no customer service worker ive been with so far (quite a few). shes very nice, not too boring, super competent and doesnt let me feel like our chat is a waste of time (which it honestly was from time to time because of my stpd questions :D).

Awesome! I have added the app just a few days ago. So far easy to install, use and works beautifully with Shopify. I started with the free version as I don't have a lot of digital products at this time. I am looking forward to upgrading and adding a lot more. I did have a couple of questions and reached out to the support team. I was chatting with someone within minutes. So, thank you for the amazing customer service and product. I couldn't be happier.

The app is reliable and user friendly. I had a couple of questions, which got answered really fast. I appreciated getting helped by a person instead of a chatbot. Also, we ended up making the experience even better for my customers, which I didn't know was possible. 10/10 recommend.
