Great customer service

Still testing this app out, but what stands out to me is that it's the only Shopify digital products app that lets me create a new digital product from within its UI, versus having to head over to the default Shopify "Products" section to do it, then heading back to upload and attach some file to a product I created elsewhere.

That attention to detail differentiates it from some of the other apps in the space, and the process of creating digital products feels more natural and logical to me. It's probably harder to program an app that does that, but it's a lot easier for me as a customer. If the team that built this does that right, they probably do other things right.
