I am writing this review early as I have had an extremely pleasurable experience so far.
From the moment I installed the app to this very moment. Everything has been seamless.

I contacted their customer support to get my store verified. I was met with the most polite and helpful assistant Theo. I can highly recommend this app just on customer service alone.

I am currently in the process of uploading multiple file types to one product which I was unable to do with the previous app I was using.

I recently downloaded the Big Digital Downloads and I like it so far. I had a few questions about my settings regarding a personalized email and Mateo helped me to resolve my issue quickly. He was very helpful in making sure I was all set before our session ended. Thank you!
