SO FAR SO GOOD! LET'S START SELLING THESE DOWNLOADS.. MATEO WAS AWESOME!

First of all, as a newbie with only 50% comprehension skills of the average person, I am still able to use the app.
Secondly, the customer service person and the Chat function itself are two of the bests I have ever encountered. The chat let me know when there were incoming messages and was easier to navigate than Shopify's. And Leo was completely able to get me information at my level. I feel confident that a person with skills, even basic ones I do not have, can master this app with ease. And that I can get all the help I need, if I need it.

Super easy to set up!! THEO even randomly messaged using a chat pop-up, making sure I got everything set up and if I had any questions! It's really cool, and I'm excited to explore more options for downloadable products!
