I downloaded app and had a question about branding . To my surprise I was answered by a human quickly and explained the process clear . I love Ai but sometimes those chat boxes test my patience 100% of the time , today was different.

So far so good. I've only been using this app for a few days, but it's been very easy to learn and the app creator was quick to respond to my questions via their chat feature.

App works super well, I can upload multiple files which was very important to me. And the customer service replies fast whenever I have a question or need help.
