I have been using this for a long time.

Not only is the software itself great but it is a fair price in my opinion.

The customer support team is the fastest out of any app I have on shopify (even the ones that are $400/month lol)

Excellent app for selling digital downloads on Shopify. Easy to set up, reliable, and handles large files well. The download emails are professional, and customers receive their files instantly. It's been a great solution for delivering educational resources, Boom Cards access files, and printable products. Highly recommend!

Very happy! I did a lot of research prior to choosing Big Digital Downloads and landed on them for the storage capacities and unlimited products and orders. Set-up was easy.

About 6 months in - so far I love it. The customer service crew is impressively responsive. They've made some great improvements too over the last couple of months. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We transferred our website from WordPress to Shopify about seven months ago. Digital Download has made an overall complicated situation very simple when it came to our digital files. (Just a note, we do not know how it would be to transfer digital files from an old website because we decided to start fresh by uploading files product by product.) The app is self-evident with fast and effective technical support. The one downside--and it is a small one--is that as far as we could discover, the only way to test the delivery of a product is to actually charge an account. This is a mild nuisance when it comes to bookkeeping. We really appreciated the free trial before committing ourselves--and we are committed!

Customer service is amazing as well. Huge shoutout to Leo, the founder, for being incredibly responsive and hands-on when we experienced technical difficulties. He personally made sure the issue was resolved as quickly as possible.
