I have just started using it and so far it works fast and efficiently. The price is reasonable and the online assistance is fast and you chat directly with the developer. Which is great, he is open to assisting if anything is needed.

This app has been pretty much self explanatory to set up. Clear and straight forward all the way. As a newbie to creating digital downloads I had done some researcch but I needed a bit of help with a few things related to the exact settings of this app. The super fast personal response has been really great and put my mind at rest. I recommend this app if you're interested in selling digital downloads directly to fans. It allows me to do a soft release of my music via Shopify weeks before major outlets release it on their platforms for streaming etc. I would also like to mention that customer service was available every time I had an issue... and that part was critical because again, this method of distribution is new to me. - Two Thumbs Up-

This app actually works when sending files to people and I can actually put it in my checkout page unlike the original shopify downloads app. Their support was pretty fast and helped me with what I needed. Definitely the best app for this right now.

Hands down the best key and file sender in the market. It sure needs a few features in it so it can be perfect, like making keys available again if the order was not paid/expired, and also the integration with the amazing new shopify account pages. But hey, their support is stellar with Leo and Mateo always helping me out and being so friendly. I have no regrets at all. Go for it.
