I'm not one to leave reviews frequently, but when I do, it's because I've been truly impressed. I had reservations about switching software, but thought, 'Why not give it a shot?' Well, I'm thrilled to say that I'm in love with how effortlessly easy it is to use. It's straightforward and the customer service is beyond amazing – that genuinely surprised and delighted me too. I think its safe to say I'll be a "Big Digital Download" customer for awhile! Please don't change the customer service! It's amazing.
