Customer service is fast and friendly. While I've had very few issues (mostly my error) they are super quick to reply and walk me through the issue/resolution.

Hands down the best key and file sender in the market. It sure needs a few features in it so it can be perfect, like making keys available again if the order was not paid/expired, and also the integration with the amazing new shopify account pages. But hey, their support is stellar with Leo and Mateo always helping me out and being so friendly. I have no regrets at all. Go for it.

I am not tech savvy at all. Leo was super helpful and extremely patient while he showed me and then had me do it on my own while he waited in the chat. It was late at night so it was nice to have help at this time and not have to wait til next day. Super helpful and am ready to sell digital products!

A great app!

I had a really hard time deciding which digital downloads app to use for my business and tried many. When I stumbled upon this app, I found it the simplest and most intuitive to use. It also has a very smooth delivery experience (right after checkout and email). To top it all, the founder and customer support helped me setup with everything I needed very quickly! I really recommend this app.

The app is very easy to use. Setting up my ebooks on it was a snap. Then there is an added section where you can then customize how many copies they can download, licenses etc. The customer service support is also very fast and very efficient.

Man THEO has been so much help throughout this process in making this app work the way i intended. I will definitely recommend this app

I downloaded this app after trying a few others and I have found it to be the best for my digital art store.
It has everything I need and being able to upload several files for one product is great.

I had a few questions about setting things up and I received a super fast, helpful response on their chat feature.
I have now upgraded to the pro plan and I look forward to adding all my products.

Still a newbie but I'm loving this already. It is very easy to use and Mateo was of great help. After verifying my store, I got a bunch of useful perks for free even though I'm currently on the free plan. I'm excited to keep using this app and upgrade as my store grows!
