Good service. I popped questions on the website and got replies almost in real time. Got good sourcing.
Very good application and easy to use but I would have liked that it requires the customer info as the name and email before downloading because it's what I needed. But otherwise very easy to use

Unfortunately this app doesn't work for us as we have 15 variants per product and need to send the same digital download to anyone purchasing a specific product regardless of the variant they've purchased.
This means we have to tediously add the same download file to each of the 15 variants, for over 80 products! And potentially more as our site grows.
Ideally, we should be able to upload a digital file and have the choice whether it should apply to all the variants of that product, or certain variants.
A simple checkbox mechanism could achieve this with the question: should this digital download apply to all {x} variants? If checked then we upload our file. If unchecked then we add our files to the respective variants, or different download files to specific variants as is the case with the app currently.

Doesn't work for me anymore, I get 500 error every time I use the thing. It fixed after a day itself but i can't use in the webpage like i used to be able to, i have to access it through the shopify website. weird
If I could upload MIDI Files for digital downloads this ap would be amazing! seems pretty stright forward though

Great app - need a few changes !!
* Need to add a Clear or Delete option to the Download Dashboard !!
* Payments need to be verified BEFORE sending the download link !!
La majorité des personnes ne recoivent pas l'email ou parfois 3 jours après... Donc ça ne fonctionne pas directement... Nul !
Great simple app if you sell eBooks or digital content with Shopify.
No problems really, I just strongly wish there was an option to attach more than one file per product. Some of my products (digital scrapbooking downloads) can be up to 300MB and customers with bad connections have trouble downloading files that large.
