The app works great; the customer experience sucks.

If you provide something free, scammers will pound your site downloading the same files over and over generating tons of notifications for no cash.

If you provide an inexpensive download, scammers will use your site to test stolen credit cards. You can write scripts to prevent some of them but today I had a $2.49 charge clawed back plus a $15 chargeback fee.

My site is 75% digital downloads and so I love that I can give free updates to folks. It’s seamless with coupons too. I don’t know how to prevent the fraud.

The only thing that can make it 5 stars for me, is if we have the ability to edit the email that resends an updated copy of the digital product to everyone.

It has been a seamless digital asset to my website. It's well designed and user friendly. I have also been surprised by the file sizes that are allowed though I usually compress them anyways. I highly suggest this product if you are a digital business using shopify. the integration was very simple and it has helped me move my crochet pattern business from Etsy very easily.

Does the job. no search option means you need to filter through many pages to find past order. you could paginate via keyboard buttons k and l but this feature was removed. now i just take the order ID and replace that in the url to get from order to digital download page.

I sell digital artwork and this very convenient app is my primary workhorse. It is easy to use and robust. Sometimes I wish to bundle different resolutions of the same artwork under a single product, since the high-resolution png files are large, It would be great if separate links could be provided to multiple files as variants under a single product.

Its good. Gets the job done. However, sometimes larger bulk uploads it causes an error and have to re upload again.

absolutely satisfied to be honest. only thing what i am confused about is how to customize the confirmation email wich has been sent several time with me download link.

But im telling you, customer friendly enought.
