Does exactly what I need it to do
i am unable to download this app to my shopify. i left 3 messages and haven't retrieved a response back at all.

I would recommend clearing your browser history, cache and cookies before trying to download the app again. You could also try an incognito or private browser or an entirely different web browser as a test.

Doesn't work for me anymore, I get 500 error every time I use the thing. It fixed after a day itself but i can't use in the webpage like i used to be able to, i have to access it through the shopify website. weird
Great app - need a few changes !!
* Need to add a Clear or Delete option to the Download Dashboard !!
* Payments need to be verified BEFORE sending the download link !!
The app certainly does do the job and is relatively easy to use. However, I cannot give it 5 stars without the ability for users to re-download their files from their account page. Having to direct confused customers to hunt down an email they may or may not have anymore is a poor user experience. That's a glaring problem, and I'll likely need to find another solution for digital products if I can't sort out a way to modify the template myself.

The ability for customer's to re-download perviously purchased files from their account is definitely something that we've had requested to be added in the past. This is awesome! Especially with it being free and it integrates itself so you do not have to add any codes to the theme.
The only thing I wish for in the future - I would even maybe pay for it... Is hopefully they will add a subscription service for the digital downloads.

This app does not work when I download it. Says "Server Error". Any guesses why it's not working? Can anyone recommend me another free app where I can sell digital products, thanks.
Perfekt app, som bare virker. Utrolig nem at benytte og er som man forventer. Den er helt GRATIS! Den får 5 stjerner herfra.
App doesn't load, constantly telling me its my browser after clearing cookies, history and updating everything it still doesn't work.
