Digital Products

It works flawlessly for us. My one comment is that in looking at the Product page, it's not immediately evident whether there's the correct digital file attached to it.

It's a great app. I just miss being able to add a large file directly from the sales page. Now you have to go through extra steps just to be able to upload it.

API is urgently needed for this app to be more useful. Please consider this essential upgrade.

Meistens gut. Teilweise können Kunden die Dateien nicht entpacken, da sie noch ein weiteres mal von Digital Downloads komprimiert werden.
Ab und zu kommen emails mit den DL Links nicht beim Kunden an.

If you sell any form of digital products, you need this app. It instantly delivers the product to customers for you, however, if you have a large volume of orders at once you may need to manually resend links to customers from time to time. Overall, very dependable and convenient!

Figures would be good to have. How many products do I have that have digital products attached. How many digital products do I have that don't have an attachment. I like figures

Once we know what to do, the app works well! I had an issue with download links appearing twice on the customer's email but it has now disappeared..

Only early days of using this app but working as expected so far!

It does what it is meant to do and does it reliably. When I started, some of the instructions and configuration did not seem as simple as they could have been, but once I understood the methodology, it's very easy to use and has never got anything wrong – which is very important for my shop.

Het werkt gemakkelijk, ik mis alleen de optie om collecties aan te maken (die gelijk zijn aan de collecties op mijn site) zodat het overzichtelijker is.
