Can someone please help me it keep saying server error please help. I’m loosing sales because of this issue this is my third time reaching out for assistance. Again please help thank you very much

Doesn't work well for products that have multiple page downloads. Most of my products have 2-5 pages to download so I can't offer these as a product at the moment.

Some of our customers have problems with the Download. The Download is very slow. We figuerd out, that it is a problem with the Telekom in Germany, maybe. I can send a screenshot from a customer.
I'm sorry to hear that that you've had this issue but thank you for leaving your review nonetheless. Download speeds vary by location and ISP, which may be affecting the downloads from your store, but I'd like to take a look at this myself to see if there's anything on our end I can look at. Works great for what it does. Would love to see a feature of bundling already uploaded files into new products. Saves Shopify storage and makes my life easier. Much easier also to avoid duplicates. That's the only thing I am missing. Everything else works well.
If it was more customisable it would be 5 stars. I would like to have unique product update email templates for each product... please :)
The app worked in the beginning but after it is not fulfilling any order, not providing any link in the checkout and not sending any mail with the lin, I have to do all of this manually. basically is like if the app is not installed. I already tried to modify all the options in the app but nothing works. the app needs to be fix.
Effective. Works well. Wish it could do this, however, but I don't think it can: Sell 'drip' products where files are released over a series of days/weeks/months.
i am unable to download this app to my shopify. i left 3 messages and haven't retrieved a response back at all.

I would recommend clearing your browser history, cache and cookies before trying to download the app again. You could also try an incognito or private browser or an entirely different web browser as a test.

Outstanding app! I was worried about the import function and how well it would work, considering I had close to 800 products. Just had to do a few tweaks to my csv file, and I was ready to go. Thanks again!
You can only upload 1 digital file. Most of my clients can not download the attached file. I have to switch to another app.
