Great little app, the only downside for me is that the link to the download is not stored in a customers account.
Not working how it is intended. It was a waste of my time setting up my products, and if I would have gone live with this - It would have been a disaster.
I did reach out to support, who told me "Yep, looks like a problem on our end". But judging from the reviews - this looks like an ongoing issue for months now. Not really comforting. Just ended downloaded a different app and it worked as intended.

I did all the configuration of the app, but the email is not being sent automatically to my client, could someone help me? How should I proceed?
Thank you for reaching out and writing your review. In order to have the digital file automatically sent to your customer after they complete their purchase, you need to enable the "Automatically create fulfillments" option in the app's settings. Price is right and it works fine, but setup is gruelling if you have more than a few products. It would be great to have a bulk upload option - or better yet, have it fully integrated with the regular products and be able to add the download files directly there!
App doesn't work...don't use it! Not worth the headache and hassle of resending customers the product
Really hoping this app will get some more features. The ability to upload multiple files, uploads different files per variant, these are my top 2 most desired features. The app works fine, it's just so limited.

Garbage app. Had to delete it. Would not send links upon fulfilling the order. It would essentially time out and then produce an error message.

I thought this app would be perfect for me since it's created by Shopify but it turned out that it's not working at all. I can't download anything and the download button doesn't work. Please fix that asap.
