Easy to use, free and fast uploading

New feature allowing to search by order # is way overdue, but very helpful.
Replacing an existing product with an updated version used to be very simple.
Now, to use the same product name, you have to delete the existing one and then add the new one.
Makes me nervous to delete before adding - what was wrong with the old process of
just selecting "add product" and having it replace the existing one (same name)!
Keep it simple!

This app is awful. Very glitchy and randomly stops fulfilling orders despite the products being set to fulfill immediately after purchase. There is zero support available. I will be switching apps.

Once we know what to do, the app works well! I had an issue with download links appearing twice on the customer's email but it has now disappeared..

Only early days of using this app but working as expected so far!

Provides flawless experience to customers on accessing the digital files, both audio streaming and eBooks. Integrates well with the Shopify product - collection combos. Offers great control over limiting download counts. Have got good feedback from Happetive customers on using the digital downloads access.

It's been great overall but I can't upload new files anymore, and this is a problem.
