Really useful app for selling digital products. Simple to set up and easy to run.
Please explain why your app does not work for my client in UK. Why is it telling them not available in UK. What sense does that make. This is stupid

Almost all my clients write that they don't receive download link. It is written "delayed". So I had 2 bad reviews, because of it. Calling my website scam. And now I have to send manually the purchases to each customer. I suggest to use another application. I am looking for something reliable.
Updated: Sorry. The problem was not in application. But in my payment settings. The link won't be sent until the payment is "captured". My mistake was to choose manual payment capture. If you put in auto mode, the link will be sent automatically.
Great app, very easy to use and it has been working very well for us. My only complaint is that it would be nice to offer more than one file. If I wanted to sell a bundle of books/downloads, it would be nice to be able to do that.
It's a good app but unfortunately the links of the digital downloads are broken now. sometimes the links inside the form and inside the e-mails are missing a "/download" path at the end. Please fix it. I will give you 5 stars then.

It sounds like you may be experiencing an email template issue with your digital downloads app, as the emails that send by default do provide a link that should be clickable and allows for a proper file download. The app works, but you can attach only one file (or I haven't been able to find a way to attach more.
I sell digital products with a PDF manual, and it would be nice to have the option to attach more than one file.

Works sometimes, but often the files are not delivered and I have to wait for the customer to complain about it. Currently I can´t even send the files manually anymore. Not recommended for professional shops.

I have so many customers writing me that they are unable to download their files. Iphone and Ipad. And Safari browser is an issue as well. I've reached out to Shopify Support - but they couldn't solve the problem.

The Good
Simple interface, ideal for attaching pdf instruction manuals or rebates to products.
The Bad
No customization
No sorting options
No way to purge items from the list without editing individual products and removing their associated files
After adding a digital attachment to a product you must refresh the page to change the settings on how that digital file is delivered. There is no way to configure default settings to apply to all products you carry.
If you use SmartVendor-Shopify E360 removing products with smartvendor breaks the list and leaves phantom entries. There is no way to remove these entries. We are looking at completely removing the app and reinstalling it to try to fix/simplify the list.
When we asked about future development we were referred on to a $40/month product that does not work well with stores that have a large number of sku's. We have 4000+ so it would not have worked for us.
No way to attach files to a parent item and all it's sub-variants. Even if all variants use the same file they must all be added individually.
This is all disappointing. The app has a huge potential as an improvement in the system but Shopify seems to be more interested in farming it out to third party developers.
This works well to add a single file to a product. However, it is exceedingly irritating to have to make adjustments on the variant level instead of product level. Ex, to change the fulfillment settings from automatic to manual. Or to add files - you have to individually add each file to each variant. I feel like there should be a tick box, or something in the general settings, to choose to make these changes on the product level. If digital downloads are a core piece of your business and you have a wide inventory, I would look at using another app!
